I am dying of thirst... I ususally only drink juice or tea in the morning but today I wanted pop.

I tried to get the lid off the pop bottle with so much effort, the force took skin off my middle finger and my nails have made a semi-permanent dent in my palm.

It didn't hurt then... but my hand hurts now... and oddly enough, the lid never budged.

I am still dying of thirst.
