The Good news is I haven't had a heart attack this week, and I shouldn't have one anytime soon. My blood pressure has dropped significantly, but is still VERY high.
The Bad news... I still feel like shit...
Some I win... some I don't.
And on the neither here nor there list: weekly visits to have my blood pressure taken...
