Should I change responsibilities for no increase in wage?
Would I be a good people person? I don't know... my mouth is bigger than my smile and everyone around me tends to forget this.
I like what I do... but where will I go with it in this city? And will changing jobs get my one step closer to office God... yeah... but is it worth it for peanuts? I dunno.
Do I owe my boss any favours?
