I am comforted... if only on the second that I write these words. I am safe in the belief that I am.

I watched a Pilates video tonight... to see if doing it alone is smart.It is. Turns out, like the yoga tape I bought years ago, it is everything I ever did with my trainer YEARS ago... I am confident I can handle it.

I am a lot of talk though...
