I feel like being ugly today... and I think I've done a good job...

I woke up miserable and something tells me the day won't wash that away...

I think it's a combination of new pills... illness and chemical shifts...

I walk into to the doctor needing a b12 boost... I walk out with an infection in my tummy and a hormone imbalance.

Go figure...

I have a massage tonight.... the only therapy I don't mind going to...
